Getting to Granada

Granada is well connected by air and land, making it easily accessible from major European and international destinations. The city is served by Federico García Lorca Granada–Jaén Airport (GRX), located approximately 20 km from the city centre.

From the airport, participants can reach the city centre by:

Bus: A regular shuttle service connects the airport with central Granada in approximately 30–45 minutes.
Taxi or private transfer: The most convenient option, with a travel time of around 25–30 minutes.

Due to the limited number of direct international flights to Granada, participants may also consider flying into Málaga Airport (AGP) (approximately 100 km away), which offers a wider range of connections. From Málaga, Granada can be reached by direct bus or train in about 1.5–2 hours.

Granada is also well connected by high-speed and regional trains, as well as long-distance bus services linking the city to Madrid and other major Spanish cities.
